NO!! The worst possible thing happened!

I just got my 27" WEGA Flat Screen, open it up - and its completely broken! The screen is pushed inwards about 1" and there is a hole in the plastic, and glass from the inside shattered (I think)

What should I do?!?!?! I am so depressed right now! ( (

Help please, anyone (

try contacting gratis about this issue, many people before who recieved damaged TV's got them replaced

On the other hand, I got my 15" Samsung today in perfect condition, it's sweet.

The same thing happened to me. Gratis should replace the TVs because we earned it by having 9 people (including ourserlves) sign up for various offers.

I spoke to GratisGuy (GRatis Rep) on the phone. So the deal is we call Sony customer here is the number 1 800 571 7669, and Sony will email you the tracking label and rma number to return the TV. Gratis will speak with Sony and gets us new TV's shipped and will do their best to provide us with tracking numbers as well.

Wow u got a 15" Samsung?....sucks for you. Everyone else is getting 17" P

The 15" Samsung is a TV; the 17" functions only as computer monitor unless you buy a TV tuner for it.

Yea you would have to have a TV Tuner for your computer in order to watch TV on the 17". The 15" has R/B/Y Cables built in, and cable support built in, plus a remote. It's really bulit to be a TV, but also works at a monitor. I think it's a great deal

Yeah, I wanted a TV, I already have a 17" LCD, I'm staring at it right now. But what I don't have is a flat panel TV.

So it's pretty sweet.
