If you have switched to hPod but [bdbe2df07c3]have not shipped yet[/bdbe2df07c3], could you post in this thread with your info so I know I'm not alone? I guess my switch date isn't what I thought it was, but I still think I should have shipped by now...

I went to IP3 yesterday 9/15, and switched to the HP not more than 15 minutes after. I am still waiting for it to be shipped.

I switched sometime last week, probably a good 3 days after it was offered, and i completed my referals on 9/13, and Ive been sent to vendor, waiting on product since 9/14 or 9/15

I mean, I really can't complain, I did absolutely no work in order to get a $300 toy for free. The only hard part was canceling my AOL, other than that it was so easy. When it comes, it comes, no worries.

You know what sucks is that I was never notified that a switch was coming up or going to be available. With all due respect, I was here first and it totally pisses me off that people that are like 9+ are getting their ipods shipped.
They should have notified people that have been WAITING forever and let us know that another option was going to be available.
This is seriously starting to turn to bullshit, and I was the one telling my friends to be patient. It's just shitty that people are getting their ipods before other people that have been waiting for a long ass time now.

I think I'd partly have to agree with jasonbisdead...But that doesn't mean I'm still going to be patient and wait for it. I wish I had known about the hPod switch earlier...damn the man.

Agreed. I'm not going to start a petittion or somthing laaaaaaaaame like that. I'm just pissed because I'm in line waiting for a pay check, and the boss is just walking to the back of the line to hand out cash.

yeah, i think it would've been nice had gratis sent emails or somethin (in order) to people who have been waiting for their ipods for over a month. that way the one's who've been waiting longer would be offered the chance to switch before those who JUST completed their offers that week

and ive been extremely patient the whole time. i just hope it gets shipped soon, before i have a mental breakdown.

That shouldn't be how it works.
simply specifying you want to switch should only FLAG your account.. it shouldn't give you a faster priority. They should process all order#'s in order sequentially, and when they get to your account, if you are flagged for an HP and they have an HP, then you get an HP.
Date of switch should not play a factor in it from a business perspective.

People that are from 8/2 or whatever have likely long since stopped checking their status every 2 seconds, or even daily, and therefore didnt see the option. So a lot of people new to it, or obsessive, switched in the first couple days, and since they had the HPs, they got them, while the others were still in line for the Apples.
And now, we can assume, theyre all out of those too.
Dont forget, we make up very little percentage of the people waiting. those who arent scouring the forums and blogs are likely unaware of the option at all.

My order number is in the 452s, I went into IP3 on 6 August at 111 PM, switched to the hp iPod the first day the option was available, and still haven't shipped.
