Hey, I have been using Firefox to complete all the offers I did so far and then I read on this page that you should only use IE. Other browsers might have issue with offers and won't give you credits.

Have anyone here have any issue with Firefox and freepay?

I completed FreePSPs using Firefox with no problems. I can't use IE because viruses and adware have rendered it useless.

However, keep in mind that you'll probably have to complete offers for several other site operators as you trade. I have had problems with offers crediting at Trainn and especially OC--theoretically, the problem could have been which browser I used.

If you can, I would suggest using IE...

I've run every anti-virus/adware/spyware program out there. No luck. Besides, I'd rather use Firefox anyway. I've only had a problem with 1 offer not crediting, and that was with OfferCentric, who I believe arbitrarily DQs anyway.

I prefer using Firefox to surf and I understand where you guys are coming from in that respect however we recommend that everyone who uses our sites to surf them using IE 6.0 or higher.

Try booting your computer from safe mode and running your anti-virus/spyware applications. This may help to find where these little buggers have burrowed into.

Download HIJ (HiJackThis). It will be able to help you remove almost any spyware, just don't delete something you need.

how do you people get spyware/adware/viruses? i dont have any of that anti-this/that crap installed and i have nothing. no popups, toolbars, hidden folders, hidden processes, etc. i just cant figure out how yall get that stuff. in most cases, the most paranoid people are the ones who get it. KeithA, just reformat your hard drive.

Actually, I never had any problems either until recently. Not sure when/how it hit me.

Reformatting the HD, at least without a significant backup, just isn't an option at this point. Besides, as long as I'm using Firefox, I don't have any problems at all.

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions everyone.

Torrents are a good way to get a lot of spyware. On my old computer, i couldn't use IE because it was so clogged up too. I downloaded a ton of crap over the 3 years i had it, some of it not so legit.

I use the agent switcher extension for firefox to change to IE 6.0 when completing offers. Works fine for me )
