sorry if this is a repeat of a previous post. When does the button to switch to HP pop up? After you get through "processing"?

order DETAILS page - click on the order number for your ipod on the order status/order history page.

Yeah, I looked on the details page - it isn't there yet. But my status is still "Processing" so I figured that might have something to do with it.
