Just to reiterate the question in another thread, how long do you think until freepay starts offering these? I would love to get my hands on a free one....

Yeah, I hope it's soon ) Not much bigger than the shuffle, and has a screen!

I am sure it won't be long.

I will let you guys know as soon as I have solid details.

It would be nice if FreePay created a new site for the Nano, because nearly all of us have already done Freeipods.com cry

a whole site for nano only? i'm thinking more along the lines of joining freeipodshuffle with the nano one... would make more sense i think.

yea, an entire site for the nano is a bit of a leap, but most of us would be stuck if they added it into freeipods or freeipodshuffle.

I would love you if you put it on FreeiPods soon. D

i would love for it to go on shuffles, as i only need one more. but a new site would suffice as long as it isnt freeipods.

it will be a separate site

how many refs are needed?

Batman

07-09-2005 19:03:03

Oh well, it looks like I'm going to have to exchange my iPod to get a Nano.

Do you think freeipods.com will stop offering the mini iPod since it was discontinued?

Batman

07-09-2005 19:12:49

I'd say that it's going to be a while before they stop offering it. Now the question is, where can I exchange a 20GB iPod Colour for the Nano in Canada?

why would you do that?
i suggest selling the ipod to someone for about $350 or more CAN and then using the money to buy a nano..
colour 20gb cost more than a nano ..

I realize that. I thought that the difference in price would be refunded upon exchange.

usually not a refund, like if u took it to a store, they might give u store credit.

I would keep the 20gig, that is what i am doing, i like it better. nano looks like a toy.

or get your 20 gig, then exchange and get a shuffle and a nano. i love the shuffle.

Batman

07-09-2005 23:11:44

I might be screwed anyways. I doubt that anyone would accept it without a receipt. I would do FreeiPodNanos, but I'd rather have it sooner than much, much later.

That would work. I'm sure I could manage to spend the difference. )

idk i still say keep the 20 gig but it iw your call. nano is cute but all it is is a mini 2.0

Depends on how much space u are looking for a 20 u will never fill up...well you may.

however as i said, shuffles are sweet, don't weigh anything, adorable.

Batman

07-09-2005 23:17:32

The 20 gig is nice and all, and I'm sure that I could eventually use the space. I just like the Nano because it is pretty full-featured, and yet can still fit in my pocket without making too much of a bulge. I'm going to try my luck with exchanges when I get it to see what I can do.

We still have some in stock so I would assume we will offer them until we liquidate them all.

Jake....
why freepay didn't add nano in to freeipods.com ???
If nano needs 5 refs, so it should be on freeipods.com site -/

Yeah exactly ) You can do both lol

I'm very confused what to keep ) I have a 60GB Photo ipod (Thanks Freepay!) and a 1GB iPod shuffle (Thanks again Freepay!). I use the photo primarily for storage for now, but I simply adore the shuffle. The only thing I miss is a screen, so that's why I want a Nano ) I might keep it as well, and use the shuffle as a backup USB flash drive lol

It would be so much easier if it was on that site AND FreeiPods.
