My iPod arrived BROKEN!
WTF! My iPod was delivered to my house today when I was at school, and my mom signed for it. When I got home, my mom had already opened the package (BITCH) to see it. MY FUCKING iPod had a CRACK in the screen all discoloured!!! The sticker is still on it so there's no way my mom did it. What do I do?

You may want to look into bitching at FedEx and see if their insurance covered it, other than that, there's nothing much that you can do (

I would hate my mom if she did that too, haha. Try callling Gratis/Apple I'm pretty sure they will replace it. As I've heard before if you have trouble or defects the vendor will replace it for no charges besides shipping which is nice, anyways just call up Apple if its an iPod and HP if its and hPod, Good luck!

The reason I am mad at my mom is because she opened the package on me! Besides, I was in Progress 3 (Sent to Vendor) on August 10th! I waited over 2 months for this fucking broken iPod.
