In that conversation, you CLEARLY said that you were ripping us off. So we did what came naturally, put you on hold.

Jake, true is in last year when i was new with freebies, i did freeipods.com, i dind't know how to use it. i asked my co workers to sign under my account, and even that my gf signed under my account. So that's way gratis only see my old account (freeipods.com) only. and it was last year. Now when i started new account i never did fraud. I even forgot my old account password. There is nothing i would scam, if i was chating about it with FIGS member it doesn't mean i did it.

Wow, I didn't know Jake still works for gratis. One thing I do know is that he probobly doesnt work in the Customer Service department. Either way, Gratis Scammed Me, and I am done using their wonderful services!

It's funny too.. Jake told me he will try get my account from hold... and now he is not even trying to help... looks like he is not with gratis anymore. (

I said my piece to the people in charge and they made their decision.

There really isn't anything else that I can do.

If they ask me sometime down the line, I can put in a good word but that is it.

But isn't funny? gratis pull my old email= back form 2004 (i was doing freeipods.com), I did ref but i didn't know about ip back then. My gf did ref but from my home computer.. so ip was the same... Now gratis shows me emails that i used for my old account. But they can't find anything on my new accounts. email=pkalan@....compkalan@....com back form 2004 (i was doing freeipods.com), I did ref but i didn't know about ip back then. Fraud Prevention was already suspicious of your accounts. Once your conversation surfaced (true or not), it reinforced their suspicions and the hold was placed.

Don't assume.....
