don't know if anyone else uses klipfolio (one of the best programs ever). it basically has 'klips' that aggregate anything from FTP to email to Fedex tracking info. I'm not sure exactly EVERYTHING it does, but right now I have it watching my tracking#, you might be able to get it to do more. anywhere here ya go
