I'm making my final decision on what protection I should get for my ipod that should be here on Monday. Any complaints about the iskin? How about the power support skin?
Any other recommendations? Ipodlounge has been somewhat helpful, but they've only reviewed 4 cases.

yea, i'm thinking of getting the eVo2 iSkin, it seems very durable and high quality, allthough i can't say first hand, but i'm definitely leaning towards that one... too bad its so expensive, you can get knock-offs on ebay for $20-$25 cheaper, but the quality isn't as good of course... anyone have any first hand impressions?

I got a couple Lajo/Xskn skins and really like them. http//www.xskn.com
I got an eXo3 4g ($9.50) and an eXofb 4g ($15)
the eXo3 4g is quite a bit thinner and also covers the click wheel. Neither of the ones I have cover any of the ports.
I'd like to get an iSkin too though.

the cases like that make it hard to put into your pocket if you wear at all tight pants. they also seem to love attracting hairs and lint that doesn't come off.

My iSkin came yesterday. My iPod isn't here yet, so I can't give you an impression on the fit, but from what it looks like, it should be a damn near perfect fit. I think I'm going to be very happy with it.

Use a damp cloth to wipe off the iSkin. The iSkin site said that was the only way to clean them and when my boyfriend tried it, his looked brand new.
For general discussion, I LOVE my iSkin. Nice thing about the evo2 is there is not "iSkin" written on the screen cover. Also, it fits the iPod very snuggly. D

This is the one I'm going to get, so I can't really give you a review yet.

Hmm... I think I like the covered wheel better on that as opposed to the uncovered wheel on the iSkin. Regardless, I've got the iSkin and I'm not going to sell it to get something else.

yah i use the iskin .. but what would a covered wheel do for you? You wouldn't be able to use the touch pad. It's nice to know that I can toss my ipod in my bag and not worry about it getting scratched up. Before the iskin, I was using a small soft Kodak bag to protect my ipod P Now I can just use the iskin and it comes with a belt clip, which is nice for when i'm wearing ... less loose pants ;)

lol
I ordered during the time when they were giving the "free" clear zippered case with every order as well, so I have that too. I'll be hard-pressed to end up with a scratch on this puppy.

The touch pad still works even when it's covered.
