my account was put on hold a while back, i sent a ticket to the customer service ppl, i havent checked my account in almost a month ...
now when i enter my login info it just takes me back to the login page .. what is going on ?
i know im entering the correct info because if i enter a wrong password on purpose, i get the wrong email/password message .. but when entering the correct info it just takes me back to the login page again ..

i think they reset accounts when u don't use it for more then 6 months.
not sure though.
