I tried to put in a support ticket on freeflatscreens.com, but it never seemed to send. It doesn't show up in my support history either. will it show up once the request is answered, or is there a problem with support right now?

when i submit support tickets from firefox they never appear
if you are using firefox switch over to ie and try to submit one

My internet and computer have been a bit screwy lately, I got it to work this morning...now I just need to see what they say!! Hopefully it's good news
