is the help/faq section messed up for everyone.
i swear i click on an option, and it takes me back to the main menu before rather than answering it.
example
1st screen hit "my issue is about an order i placed"
2nd screen hit "my order still says sent to vendor"
takes me back to screen 1.
ill im trying to do is find a way to contact them (only form i see is in report fraud).
helpful hand anyone?

Same thing happened to me...they probably disabled the option hehe P

its because i kept sending them hate mail with all their forms except report fraud
