Getting FedEx to Fork Over the Tracking Number

I have a confirmation that my Ipod shipped but unfortunately there was more then one Ipod that shipped to my address on the day mine was shipped, so I'm unable to obtain the tracking number. I have read on this forum that several people have been able to get the tracking number from a FedEx representative. Every time I call they say they are unable to release the tracking number over the phone. I'm just curious what people did to get that number out of them. So far I've just been calling everyday to get the current status but I want to be able to track it myself. Any help would be appreciated.

I sweet talked my rep, I said to her, "Hey sweet honey baby, I needs that tracking number. If you give it to me, I'll give you what you want."

She asked me what she wanted and I told her, "Deez mutha_fuli&8ing nuts in her mouth."

She gave it right up.
