I had this problem too - its a Norton Internet Security/ Firewall issue - Try going into norton --> click options / Internet Security --> Web Content -- > Add freeipods.com and allow everything
THEN IT WORKS -D

More Complete Instructions
Open your Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall 2003.
Click Options.
Click Internet Security (or Personal Firewall).
Click the Web Content tab.
Click Add Site. A new site/domain box appears.
Enter nadelectronics.com and click OK. That site name appears in the left frame of the Options window.
Click the freeipods.com name you just added.
Click the Global Settings tab. In the "Information about visited sites" section, uncheck "Use default settings.".
Click Permit
Click OK to close the Options window.
