What is the best offer to complete without a credit card and not paying for shipping and handling or anything. I was thinking about the Blockbuster thing but I dont' want to rent a movie or anything. When can I do?

All current offers require a credit card. Ebay did not require the use of a credit card, but it is no longer available. Easiest is Infone when it is available

Well this sucks then, my parents won't let me use theirs, they think they will be billed with tons of money and is a big scam. Well, there goes my free ipod.

Spark_Plug, I don't have a CC either. I'm not sure if it's up now, but check the MyInks offer. They sell ink cartridges. My mom & dad let me do that one. Also, if they read papers, you could try the New York times one.

have your parents buy you one of those prepaid/giftcard CC's or something. I heard something about web certificate before?
