I e-mailed the man and asked him to provide me with one when it ships. If I don't hear from him, a RING RING tommorow and I'll let you know what I hear

Just out of curiosity, when did your iPod ship? Did you find it or did the status change on freeipods?

why is that a sacramento, ca number? are they shipping from local apple stores now?

Damn, am I the only person, who hasn't received that e-mail? Anyone else here? Or do I have to call them and ask what's wrong(

I just got my new tracking number by doing a
fedex reference number search
for Nov 3 (to get results for today only)
11/3 - (15 days) = 10/19

So hopefully all the packages
messed up packages were reshipped today.

As of right now, people with the same problem as me, haven't shipped out yet. The ordered was processed yesterday at 322 p.m. EST and should be shipping out sometime today. Hopefully it will arrive by friday so I don't have the wait out the weekend.

And by the way, Gratis uses a American Express card to pay for these iPods

Yes, I got almost the exact same info. I called fedex, and they knew what was wrong and connected me to a representative in another department. She told me, that this order was not shipped yet, and when it ships, it is going to be using the same tracking number, as we have. I asked 3 times just to be sure I understood correctly, and she confirmed. So we should be ok to use this tracking number later today.

The guy from Apple contacted me directly. I never dealt with anyone from Apple or even Gratis. I have no clue where he got my e-mail but I really don't care at this point. Good luck getting your pod because mine will be here Friday
