I recently got off of hold on freeipods but I am not sure why I was on hold in the first place. It still has all my 5 referrals green so I can resubmit for approval but wasn't sure if I should now or try to get more refs or what? They told me that I could still get put on hold and I don't know if the refs were the reason in the first place or what? Any advice is appreciated.

i had to ask them twice why i was on hold... first response was computer-generated, second was by a person with an actual reason... so i guess you should ask them again.
