I got one a couple days ago offering to swap my Xbox from freegamingsystems.com in exchange for one of the remaining 20gb 4th gen iPod's they had remaining. I accepted, and it should be here Monday according the the representative I corresponded with via email...pretty nice deal, actually )

That's a good deal. It's basically like you're getting one free referral but it's worth so much more since you can just sell the ipod off and get an xbox and a gamecube if you wanted.
FGS is good for Gratis since $150/4 refs is under $40 per ref.

You can still submit for approval and then just wait to place your order for the color screened iPod, that's what I did. After being approved it brings you to a screen telling you to choose your iPod and if you want the color one then check back in 6-8 weeks.
That way just incase one of the refs doesn't got through you don't have to wait an additional couple weeks D
