i read the terms and conditions four times over and no mention of different billing address requirements.
has anyone tried the deals using everything different BUT the billing address of the credit cards? and if so... any luck?

It is included in their TOS, only 1 account per houseold, if you use the same billing address it either means you're using the same credit card over and over again or someone else in your house is doing the program, which is against their terms.
