Hey.. i am tring to e-mail gratis about not receiving e-mail for an offer i did (the infone one)
and it says
"Send us the confirmation email that you received indicating that you have signed up for the offer and we will research the matter for you."
But where do i send the confirmation e-mail too?? What address?

they dont send e-mails anymore.. it is all done in the 'customer service inquiries" in your account

I sent my response to email==customerservice@freeiPods.comcustomerservice@freeiPods.com=customerservice@freeiPods.comcustomerservice@freeiPods.com/email when I didn't get credit for my offer.

How long does it usually take to receive the credit after you have e-mailed them?

good luck, I had a guy forward his welcome email to them and I still can't get credit after 2 weeks. Worst thing is he would be my fifth green.

My friend is kinda screwed, he didn't save his welcome email- or he doesn't remember getting one, but he setup the infone accoutn and everything. he'll be my 5th green as well ?
