Gratis referral tracking system messed up this evening?

My friend joined under someone this evening and did real rhapsody.[b232ba993bb] He got instant credit and verified his email too.[/b232ba993bb] But he has not yet showed up on the person's list (under whom he joined).

To make it worse - he also referred a friend this evening - who has not showed up yet.Its been two hours.

Jake - are you updating the system or something?? We cant afford to lose referrals this way..

What do I get my friend to do??

yeah thats a bit fucked up.......so not only has he not shown up for the person he signed up under, but someone has signed up under HIM and not shown up either?

ive never had someone sign up under me and it take a couple of hours so i dont think there is something wrong in that department.

is he/they sure that he/they signed up with correct link?

100% sure they did it right. the fact it is messed in two places during the same time period makes me think something is wrong with the referral system.

There has been a minor bug in the system which has resulted in referrals not being visible for the user while still being visible to us when we are looking at it from our end.

I wouldnt be very optimistic abt it. Its more or less if you see.. you have it. Very miniscule chancs otherwise. thats the impression I got from jake. I lost a freeipods and free360xbox ref this way. sucks big time -(

Yep!! I had a referral sign up under me on freephotoipods.com and they didnt show up ( and they used the right link. He also did an offer before I could verify he showed up dangit

I'm very optimistic since they credited me for 2 of my referrals that weren't previously there. I now have 3 green instead of just 1. Thank you Gratis.

This exact thing happened to me.

On my 5th and final referral for freeipods, my roommate didn't show up.

I was fucking pissed off. Now I finally got another person as my 5th, and she did RealRhapsody [b3afe68f891]7 DAYS AGO.[/b3afe68f891]
