My iPod was Returned to the Sender (I Missed the Delivery)

Hi everyone. I changed to STV back in early August. To make a long story short, after not receiving my iPod for almost two months, I simply gave up hope. I later went on vacation, and when I returned, I discovered that Fedex had come by and my iPod was now returned to the sender.

That was over a week ago. I now have no idea where the iPod is. Is there anything that I can do?

yiluncn, what is their phone number? How do I get in touch with them about this situation. I have a feeling that the longer I wait, lesser of a chance I will have to get my iPod.

Anyone else have any suggestions? I really don't know what to do. If I can't figure this out, I may post in the Account Issues board. Maybe the users there will have some more advice.

EatChex89, iiViiIiiRiiUiiSii, and others... It really does suck. I had no idea when Gratis would send the iPods, if at all. After not getting even an email or a tracking number from them for two months, I just gave up. If I'd known that they'd send it when they did, I would have never went on vacation. It caught me totally by surprise. I hope Gratis give their customers a heads up from now on. It's bad business if they don't.

talk to fedex or email gratis

definately call fedex up with the tracking number (is it on the note they left you?) and ask em where it went to and who to get ahold of.

Well, I do have the tracking number. When I look it up at Fedex.com, it indicates that my package is returned to the shipper.

gratis doesn't have it, call fedex and see if they have the phone # for where it went back to. it'd be apple most likely. call them up and see what they can do.

My guess is that you need to call FedEx and talk to a rep, give them the tracking number and ask how to get your package.

The best news is that you have a tracking number.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to call Fedex, give them my tracking number, and explain my situation. Since they already sent the package back, there's probably not much they can do. Hopefully, they can at least give me information on who the package was returned to. I'll post any updates in this thread.
