Is it possible for people under age 18? The webcertificate site requirement is 18, and I can't find the cards on mysimon.com
Cardex.com is a prepaid card but I think that they actually send you a card... anyone know?

Go to radioShack and ask for a prepayed MasterCard. that should work

Go to simonmalls.com you can order online and might be able to buy one at a mall near you.
