For the Xbox 360 is Gratis just making a list of all the people who have already completed the site and just mailing them out on a first come first serve basis?

Shipping is too far in the future to know how are they going to make it ) It depends on too many things - release dates, etc.

yeh proably to far in the future to say, but i would guess it would go in the order of completion, if they get X systems, then they mail those X systems to the first X people to finish the site

I finished like 3 weeks ago, I hope they ship it as sonn as it comes out.

I doubt they will, just because of inventory issues (kind of like what happened with the PSP)

This is what they responded with when i asked (this was back in may though, 5/12)
"I do not have a solid answer to that question just yet. We are working on procuring a stable supply at the moment but we do not have any actual news on what will happen with the units once they are released. Delays are always a possibility with brand new units on the market. Since demand will undoubtedly be exceptionally high, it may be a bit difficult to get them. The good thing is that we have already begun working on a reliable supply so it may be a bit easier for us to get them once they come out. I am sorry that I could not provide any more information."
I ordered 6/23 so hopefully i make first shipment

yeh i wrote jake after i orderd on 6/21. i was told i was around the first 50 orders. who knows how many they will get since supplys will most likely be very tight at launch. at least they have some lauches under their belts so they proably have a better idea how high demand products work. i know MS was talking about having a large launch in maybe more than the USA. so i would guess there would be a lot of units produced... as long as they don't go PS2 on us and screw up production i would guess gratis will have a decent handle on the launch if they are planning for it now.
