I saw on fedex an ipod coming to my zipcode this morning. I really didn't want to phone them so i just waited. Just now my status was changed on freeipods to Shipped. I ordered 9/17 with a STV date switched over to 10/6. My ipod is in Anchorage, Alaska at the moment and is expected to arrive at 1030 am Thursday. No one will be at my house..i'm very scared about this fact. I'm SOO happy it is shipped.
the purpose of posting this in a separate thread was so that you can know that they ARE updating statuses to shipped now..or at least mine.

9/24 turned 10/6, Still says STV on the site, but it could be shipped anyway, who knows. Gonna have to call fedex on this one...

Hmm you guys are lucky. I dont see why Gratis favors the people that order 9/20 and later and ship them before the loads of people that have been waiting for a long time.
Those bastards need to utilize what they said in the TOS "we serve on a first come, first save basis"..
anyways, congrats to the shipped.
