I dont think that works with the new ipods. Not sure though. I've been looking at griffin's powerpod.

I have the one from belkin and it's pretty good. You can find them for around 20 bux nowadays (well, sale price)

That would work if you got the pocket dock http//kiwidirect.com/ipod-pocketdock.html which allows you to connect firewire (aka 1G/2G) chargers to the docking connector (aka 3G/4G) iPods...
