This is a thing by GiftFox that looks like of like the gratis sites. You need 3 referrals and they have the eBay offer. There is a conga line now at

The only thing that I am suspicios of is that it takes them 60 days to check all of your refs!!! 60 days!!!
I guess it's still worth it if it's legit though.

I tried it. The site is extremely disorganized, it takes you hours to figure out how to verify your account and set up a password. I have 2 referrals that I know for sure completed their offers 2 weeks ago, but they aren't showing up anywhere on the website.
After you finish your signup, its nearly impossible to find your referrals link again.
Don't even bother with this offer, wait till Gratis officially puts their FreeDS site up.

60 Days? That sounds like just enough time to get a bunch of people sucked in then close down the website once the referral cash comes in.
