I was recently told by the shipping company that my free TV was received damaged and had to be sent back. I confirmed this with Gratis and they said I would be getting a new tracking number. That was more than a week ago and I haven't got one yet. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, any idea on how long it will take for re-shipment?
