My email hasn't been verified and I've clicked the link in the 'my account' area to have the verification email resent but i still didn't receive it. So i found in the FAQ's that you can write to them to tell them. I did that like 5 or 6 days ago with no response in the 'my account' area or any change. Should i write to them again?

i had a similar problem....i tried emailing them from a different email account and explaining the problem and they took care of it.

Check in the Spam or Junk email folder of your mailbox. Thats where most of the emails from Gratis ended up for me. Strangely enough, not all of their emails went there.

I switched to a gmail account and that worked,
I read that if you used a hotmail account to join you might not receive their verification e-mail at all, not even in your junk folder. Alternative (working) options yahoo, gmail, walla. Voilą!

i'm starting to learn that the best way to combat spam is to just go to the bottom of the email and click 'unsubscribe.' This method works, they must provide this link, and the link must remove the user from their mailing list. I've had pretty good success.

I always check the spam folder.
I actually decided to write them again and now the problem is fixed. D
