I got approved and submitted my order, then put on hold right after that. Has anyone ever seen this?

Hmm, it might be a mistake. Email them about it, ask them why you were put on hold.

Yeah i did a ref for your shuffle and you went red on my psps that u did for me. Please resolve this.
