easy to cancel. but they leave you on hold for up to an hour!!! after that, took only seconds

I canceled today, and was getting ready to stay on hold for a while, and shockingly was only on hold for 5 minutes

oo lucky you. i seriously don't understand how i was on hold for so long. and it's not like i can hang up and call back, cuz i had already invested so much time! .. well not really, i was doing other stuff in the meantime and put it on speakerphone .. but still!

This is interesting. Did you guys download and activate the program?
I never did and when I called to cancel, they didn't have my information in the computer, but I got credit for it. I spoke to the guy on the phone and told him I hadn't activated the program and he said, "Oh, that's probably why we don't see you. Just delete the email and I'm going to put your information in the computer now as having canceled."

one of my refs did stamps.com....
you only get a free scale if you don't cancel in the first free 30 days.
you can use your account really until after 10 days (when you receive your first set of stamping paper to put in your printer...)
