Gratis is truely the best free site, hands down. Unlike most free sites, they go the extra mile, don't cut corners, and try their best to satisfy us (the customers). I recieved my freeipod about a month ago and when it came, no t-shirt came. It didn't even come to my mind at the time. But when I opened the mailbox today, the t-shirt came in a white package. Gratis is the best.

i think the support tickets are really helpful. The respond quickly to all inquires, which is better than OC, who has definately left me hanging....

maybe I would trust in gratis as well if they provided me with a reason of why they are putting my account on hold ... i'm not an idiot to waste time getting 8 referrals for free360xbox and doing something wrong to violate the Terms & Conditions ...

Only bad thing is that they require you to wait 15 days to submit a support ticket for non-credit

There should be an option, "if you used Firefox..." for non-credit because it seems like a lot of people who used Firefox didn't get credit.
