Yesterday, I searched for an iPod coming to my town with M9282LL/A as the reference number. I found one that had been shipped from Shanghai on the 12th, but I called FedEx and they said it wasn't being shipped to my address.

Today I do the same search and it shows "Unique match not found" on the results page. Many people thought that this meant that no iPods are being shipped to you, but it means there is more than one shipment to your town.

For example, I did the same search with reference "fagaboo" and the result was "Not found".

So basically when reference tracking with FedEx
[bfa6cf88dd4]Tracking page[/bfa6cf88dd4] One iPod on the way to your town (call FedEx to find out more.)
[bfa6cf88dd4]Unique match not found[/bfa6cf88dd4] MORE than one iPod coming to your town.
[bfa6cf88dd4]Not found[/bfa6cf88dd4] No iPods coming to your town.

So for me this means at least 1 iPod was shipped today on its way to my town. Hopefully that one is me D

I didn't think anybody though that. Either way, if you just call up Fedex right now you can ask them again. No more sitting and wondering.

will Fed Ex give you info on whether a shipment is coming to your house even if when you search it says Unique Match not found??

It's a game that homosexuals play with one another. It's kind of like a gay version of "peek-a-boo".

Whoa, it scares me that you know that....but to each his own I suppose.

I also have shipments coming to my ZIP code, but FedEx says that they're not coming to my address (

I think they're lying to me though...... wink

fresh27, you can find out what that second iPod's tracking number is by changing the date. Since you know that other one was shipped on Oct. 12 and you're assuming that the new one was shipped on Oct. 13, make the Date in the Track by Reference Oct. 28. This will put the +-15 days past the first shipment, but still within the second - so it should just return the new one. That's assuming only one shipped out after the Oct. 12th one.

Are you supposed to click "FedEx Express" if the option of shipping method comes up?

If so, there is apparently more than one coming to my zipcode. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but whatever.

I've got FedEx InSight service, and that allows me to see what is coming to my address and FedEx shipping account number as well as what has been sent from it. Does anyone know if this is fairly accurate? If it is, I'm still not shipped. If it's not necessarily accurate, maybe I should call FedEx?

I'm using FedEx Insight as well, but haven't been shipped or alerted yet - so I'm not sure.

If you get to the page with selecting the option type then more likely than not it won't help. Try the method I mentioned above about doing different dates in case there's only two coming to your zip and they were shipped on different days.

How the hell do you sign up with the InSight? I am trying to, but I need a account number. Can't you sign up without one, and just track what comes to your house?

No, I think you need to have a FedEx Account number - making a FedEx account is free though.

It looks like you have to give your full credit card info to open an account though.

So, I guess you only did the Ebay offer for Gratis, or you just don't trust FedEx with your credit card information?
