Ok quick question. I've been seeing a lot of ppl post threads saying there in some1 elses house or they're at work, or they moved or somtin and that they can do any site ("all sites available") becuz they're not home or w/e. My question is can you actually do the same site from a different location even though you'll be using the same credit card to complete an offer, assuming its an offer that the person hasn't completed yet?
Basically if i signed up for freeipod.com and did a napster offer using my credit card...would i still be able to go to someone elses house or go 2 work for example and still do gratis's freeipod.com again but a different offer with same credit card, and go green legitametly for the person who reffered me?
Its long i know, kinda hard to get, but some guidance would be appreciated.

You can do all that no problem but you might get put on hold when you ask for approval.

So wat does that mean? You're put on hold and then wat ?
By the way i edited my origional post just a bit to make it more accurate to what i was reffering 2..

It's against the rules. It wouldn't be a legitimate green.

So why do i see so many posts saying there in someone elses house or they're at work and "they can do all sites", and a lot of ppl actually respond?

There are a few people on here that aren't always acting legitimately.

And wat about the ppl responding to these illegitimate people posting they're threads...don't they know that they're account will be on hold if they trade with them...or is that BS and the account won't be on hold...Does any1 here actually have experince with this?

The account won't necessarily be put on hold. But if gratis is suspicious it can be. Some people get away with this, some don't. But if you're wanting to act legitimately and follow Gratis's rules than don't do this and don't trade with anyone who specifically says that they are "Going over to their friends house and can do all the offers again". That person will probably get put on hold since a gratis representative visits this forum.

I don't know that it is breaking the rules though...since gratis terms state that your only allowed to have one account PER HOUSEHOLD...it doesnt say anything about One account PER CREDIT CARD. So if your at some1 elses house then its a different household and technically your not breaking any rules!

(d) A user may not use another person's name or information to receive products from this website. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers for another person's account.

That so vague i dn't think its even relevant, what do they mean "join the site for another person, or complete offers for another persons account". I'm not joining the site for another person, i'm joining it for myself. Who's to say i'm doing it for another person. If i have 2 places of residency then wouldn't both those places be considered mine..if so then i could use both places to do the sites. I'm not doing it under another person's name, and i'm not using another person's information either.

I'm not sure which rule it breaks, but you couldn't sign up using your name twice and the same email address at 2 different addresses. Now if you have parents at 2 households, and you've signed up at your moms. Your dad could sign up for you as a referral, as long as you don't walk him through the process. (Another rule)

Check Terms and Conditions 2(a),
[quotef5b1f903af]Users are not allowed to have multiple accounts within a single referral-based site. All multiple accounts found to be fraudulent or which violate these Terms and Conditions will be placed on hold.[/quotef5b1f903af]

Ahhh, that's why I didn't see it. The TOC for FreeIpodShuffles 2a is wrong and refers to point based sites and not referral based sites. Guess I'll pm that mistake to Jake.
