Does one get credit for signing up to an offer using diff CC

If I sign up for FFS for example using my real info but then sign up for an offer using my friend's CC for whatever reason (I don't have my own), do I get credit and does this work?

Please do not give me links to webcertificate or anything, I already have a CC, just wondering what happens if the name and address on CC don't match Gratis account.

yeah you should be ok,
gratis isnt allowed to know what info you sign up with for the offer, legally that is.
