i like the ebay offer its easy for my friends and they like it
All my referrals bid under $2, I gave them links to items that were way down in cost. Like 2 or 3 cents. So I doubt it has anything to do with bidding over $10. I've heard that they should verify their account before doing the ebay offer. I have no idea if that matters.

verifying won't matter, for freeflatscreens i did the ebay offer and i didn't verify my account till before i ordered my flatscreen..
i bid $20 on a microsoft frontpage 2003, thats like the best item to bid on because it will NEVER sell for $20-$40 and if it does, you've got a steal and should re-sell it and get a profit -)

A dumbass friend did a 2000 dollar bid on some nepalese antique crap and didn't get credit while the other 5 did very low bids on stupid items and got credit.

according to the new T&C Gratis put up, specifically Section V, they can put your accounts on hold for talking about how to cancel or get credit for offers, or how to start a new ebay account if you already have one etc... Really dumb, but something to think about.

after signing up the ebay offer for my FFS i notice i didnt verify my account and i did it right then. and started bidding on some items and now..... i still didnt get credit.

I bid 50 cents on some Halloween angel wings (which I sort of wanted to win actually).. I did not recv credit. My friend bid $2 on an ipod and (he lost) got credit within 2 days.
