I think this just means they sent an order and they are looking for an ipod (the looking could take 2 months ( )

That's good to hear. I didn't read the posts from earlier, I kind of came right on after getting back from work to check on my iPod (anyone else do this?). I was so zoned out I didn't see that stuff. I'm one of the STV 9/24-turned-10/6, so my guess is I'll be waiting for a little while yet.

hah, they took away the email script for people who are sent to vendor.

now it says

An email script is like, where on the website you send the email, not from an email client.

Ok, so it wasn't email, it was their new customer service board thing. But either way, its gone now for STV people.

Er, let me rephrase that.

There was a section under the "I a question about my order" FAQ that said "My order is still Sent to Vendor". It brought you to a box where you can send a message to Gratis. It is no longer there, just the above excerpt.
