I was just curious and after a bit of searching came up with no clear answer. Does anyone one have any idea? I just signed up for the free360xbox and I'm wondering if I can start referring right away or do I need to complete an offer first? Thanks for any help.

unless you traded for the site. in that case you need to go green as fast as possible. but if you signed up for the site on your own and not using someone's reflink than like compfreak said, either way.
