Gratis is really messing up! Getting aggravated!

Gratis is becomming the worst site out of all free sites (in my opinion). They take the LONGEST to credit if they credit at all. They also like to credit offers to wrong sites. Two of my offers were double credited to other sites.
I have 18 yellows on minimac, and I know for sure that 3-4 of them have completed offers a LONG time ago. I also completed an INSTANT offer 2 weeks ago (appera) and it never credited. I received the product, but no credit. I submitted the problem, but the response was to wait 15 days, and then send the confirmation email. I didn't receive a confirmation email, I didn't even receive any paperwork with the product. It is startinig to seem very shady!
Anyone else having problems? I am relunctant to send any more referals to gratis sites, and am reluctant to complete any more offers.

If you need to get credit for this offer and you don't have the email, then fax us the packing slip that came with the product that you ordered.

I am starting to think that. The product sucks too, I couldn't eat for a day after using it. My teeth hurt so bad that I thought I was going to have to make a dentist appt.
In gratis defense, I just checked the sites and they fixed the problem I had with offers crediting on the wrong site. The responded fast, I guess I get a little paranoid )

I have heard that, and they have been my favorite. But I am getting concerned lately with the mess ups, wondering if I am getting proper credit for my offers, and if my referals are getting proper credit as well. Hopefully it all works out.

If an offer doesn't credit, just wait the 15 days and go for manual. I had to fax them for appera too and when I did they credited within the day.
Gratis has been far from shady in my experience.

I hope I credit quickly,I'm in the middle of a trade w/someone,and I only did the video prof online to credit fast....I guess I'll have to wait the 15 days and send in a support ticket.

Gratis is still screwing up!! They credited an offer I did on ipodshuffles to my gamingsystems. They are not helpful at all, they obviously credited me for the offer, just to the wrong site... why the hell do they need the confirmation email that I do not have anyways?
I did receive the package and was charged the $50 for it. I guess if I don't get credit for it correctly, I will contact my credit card company and have them charge the purchase back to cheaptrips. I am not paying for or keeping an offer that I do not get proper credit for. Looks like gratis needs a better way to track offers.

i guess it's hit or miss i've completed 5 gratis sites and working on one now and have NOT had a single problem with them except the xbox was backordered for awhile. Gratis = Great

Blockbuster has been taking me 9-10 days these last few times. Maybe it's because they changed to the 'credit after first ship' policy.

Jake, do you know wtf is up with the video profesoor online offer ?
i know im not the only one having probs with it ... even the referral rating sites have been giving it negative feedbacks for the past few days ...
the offer doesn't even appear on any of the sites and has been replaced by the regular video professor(S/H $6.95) ..
ask the people in gratis wtf is goin on ... did baldy shearer take the cash and run ? lol

I have had FAR more issues with OC... So far I have had to request manual credit for every offer that I have done.

I've found Gratis to be great!
- received my ipod & everything was great
- had to submit for manual credit for PSP but was credited with no problems
- did have trouble with freehandbags (I think that site has been having lots of problems with suppliers - saying you have been shipped when you havent and switching up what they send you) - but Jake e-mailed me and is taking care of it. Hopefully my gift card will be mailed out this week )

I was doing an offer (hydroderm) for freedigitalcameras, so decided to log out of all my other gratis sites. 5 mins after I did hydroderm, I recevied an email from gratis telling me that I completed an offer on freedigitalcameras. BRAVO, success! Tip for everyone, log out of ALL other gratis sites BEFORE doing an offer. Seems to help greatly!

I am all for Gratis sites as well, currently going for a photoipod on Gratis, and must say that they're much better than OC in just about every respect. I am having a slight problem right now however. I did the Napster offer on freeflatscreens and waited the 15 days, asked for manual credit, and got the reply saying I need to copy and paste the email I got from Napster. Only problem is, I never received an email from Napster. I tried clicking on that offer to see if I could do it again or something, but now it won't even load. And so this is what's called a catch-22, and it is frustrating as hell. evil If worse comes to worse I guess I will have no other choice but to do 2 offers on this site, but hopefully that won't have to happen. Any advice on this would be appreciated, especially from those who've completed the Napster offer successfully on a Gratis site.

I feel that the Gratis Network sets the standard for all the other free sites. Out of all the sites I have done through Gratis, only one of my referrals have not received credit for an offer. (I believe it was the Napster)

I did get put on hold! But after sending them a support ticket, they took me off hold and I am requesting approval again. I understand nothing works perfectly, so no hard feelings. A kind email and clear explanation goes a long way! Thanks gratis!

Ya I'm having trouble with my freeipods.com acct. I have 2 referrals that said that they joined with my link and completed offers. They both got confirmation that they completed offers but both of them are not showing up on my referral list. I have verified the link that they used. They have both verfied there email addresses. I have send a few customer service inquiries and they have not seemed to have an answer. Am I out of 2 referrals or can someone somehow verify and add them to my list?
