yes, every single ipod is different and 1 out of 3 doesnt work, and apple or HP doesnt wanna fix em cuz they found some weird excuse that makes u the one that broke it...

lol, sorry i couldnt resist, but right now the apple is probably the best choice, cuz the mini take a LONG time to come, and they said HP ipods wont be gettting shipped at all, so apple is the best one, plus they started shipping them like 2 times a week, so its not gonna be that long
