Listen, I signed up for AOL through their website, but when I downloaded their software (to connect to the net). It asked me to call a certain number to confirm my subscription...
I never CALLED that number... I've since received spam mail from AOL asking me to 'come back' to their service...
Do you think I still need to call their tech support and cancel, I'd really rather not.
What info do I need from them? Credit Card info, addresses?

hmm, all i had to do was give them my screen name, and anwer the secret question or whatever it was
mine was "what is the name of your pet"
i think thats all, but just have your CC handy

thats weird, i saw that screen too, but never called, still got credit
