no tracking

I know everyone here thinks that they can track their product with the order number if there is no tracking number...well my handbag shipped and there was no tracking number so I tried to track it using the reference (order) number which did not work. I have already received my burberry handbag it came through FEDEx...not DHL or USPS or UPS so what works for one person does not work for the other. Just have to wait until it is delivered.
