Well, when I try to put in an apple ipod or ipod mini, i think, and try to track it, i get this
"Not tracked
Sorry, we are unable to process your tracking request. Please retry later, or contact Customer Service."
If Iput in the HP ipod (20 GB, i think) number "PE435A", which i highly doubt i am getting/going to get, this is what shows up (typical "not found" message)
"Not found
No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service."
so what's up with the first message? O_o;

i wasn't asking that;
i was asking why can't i track the APPLE ipod(s?)?
i think i have been able to before but seemingly today it isn't working.
