Podwatch Question

I just recently decided to sign up and try ffs and fpc.
ive been watchin these forums for a few weeks while ive been STV for fip so i kinda know whats going on.
I have winxp and i tried to run podwatch with no luck. Gives me something like a runtime error.
I extracted the exe and everything so im not sure what it is.
If anyone has any information on this its greatly appreciated you can IM me on ttsuprarc if its easier, thanks.

Did you install the Microsoft Dot Net Framework?
