A friend of mine did the Napster trial for freehandbags using my link. However, she never got credit so I ended up finding other referrals and my account is processing.

However, she submitted a customer service inquiry after 15 days and she ended up getting put on hold! Their reason? Something about her referrals.

The weird part is... she didn't have any referrals at all! She had just signed up and completed an offer, that's it! She didn't even have any yellows.

I told her that if she explained the situation and they saw that she didnt even have any referrals she should probably be taken off. Unfortunately, they refused.

Does this mean all of her accounts are going to be put on hold? Is there anything she can do?

Tell her to open a new ticket and if they close it, then OPEN a new one

Exactly. If you're polite with them, you'll be much better off, than being bitchy etc.

I think this goes to show how random they are in putting people on hold.
