Official Handbag Status not changing thread

Well, here I am reporting for waiting duty..

Submitted my order on 4/29, processing ever since

i have 2 greens and 2 yellows.
the yellows have been there for 4+ weeks
and i'm getting perturbed.

79 days shipped - beat that! P

I think it's 80+ days for me now, in shipped status.

jadem, send the letter in now....get it over with...takes 5 minutes to write, few minutes to mail it....they will get you the gift cert in a week!!!

Letter has been written. I'll have to print it off and find an envelope, then go to the post office at some point today. I think I'll take off work early, since the boss is OUT. D

I just sent the letter out today, certified (just for proof).

Spending $2.30 for a $250 gc is NOT a huge deal for me.

so is everybody shipping or was it just that one girl?

So far (for the Fendi) only those who have sent letters have gotten anything shipped. I'm hoping that I'll hear something back soon.

I hadn't seen his post where he verifies he received anything. I was in SHIPPED status for 3 months (since Feb 16), so he could have just stated he was shipped, but still not receive anything.

Wood, if you're around, please confirm or deny receiving anything?

Also, have you submitted a customer service inquiry about your status?

I received an Ashford.com $250 gift certificate about a week ago in replace of the Fendi Handbag.

I submitted a customer service inquiry after about a month of processing.
They replied in about a day saying they apologized for the delay and that a gift certificate would be on its way to me soon. (I posted the exact CS quote in another thread).

Let me know how it works out for you.

Damn...when I submitted a CS inquiry, I got the canned response "please don't ask us to tell you when you'll be shipped, etc." So yesterday, I sent a typed letter via first class mail - certified.

I'll keep everyone updated.

Well I went STV today on the FENDI! Only 898 days till I receive something!

I placed my order on 4/29

WAIT, IM STILL NOT STV, ITS BEEN 29 DAYS!

WTF SENT TO VENDOR AFTER 3 WEEKS!

I just got a PERSONAL response via email to my letter. I'm getting my gift card.

This is my favorite part
