I think I've formed a hypothesis about credit....

I have been receiving spotty credit from Gratis over the past 6 weeks.
I [i52e1802746]finally[/i52e1802746] noticed that when I signed up and completed an offer in one fell
swoop, I didn't receive proper credit. I normally had to contact Gratis after
15 days and get manual credit.

I then noticed in my email box one day the "please verify your email address" links
and started to do that when I remembered to. Here are the steps I took
[b52e1802746]1)[/b52e1802746] register on Gratis site
[b52e1802746]2)[/b52e1802746] check email and verify email address
[b52e1802746]3)[/b52e1802746] complete offer through the new page that the link opens after it states you are verified.

The past three Gratis sites I have done, on two I remembered to verify my email address
before completing the offers and received literally instantaneous credit. The one that I forgot to verify
before completing the offer, well I'm on day 7 of waiting for it to turn Green[/color52e1802746]. ?

So, since this is only a hypothesis, I need feedback. Complete bunk or truth?

Could be something in it. Need more folks to give feedback on it as well. I could see how Gratis would be more prone to not give credit (at least not as quickly) if an account still hadn't verified the email address...

I don't know about this hypothesis, BUT it may work

I always verify the email first before doing anything else. I've still had problems getting credit sometimes. I think people should verify their emails first. Gratis is usually pretty quick about sending them.

He's right. One time I completed an offer before verifying and I still got credit no problem. However, I always verify first now just to be safe.

then WTF? I swear I have to fight for every green.
Why the sporadic crediting when all rules are followed?
liUse IE
liClear Cookies
liAllow Cookies
liblah, blah, blah.....it is getting old not receiving credit.

I'm convinced there has to be a secret trick wink

I think a lot of advertisers will not give you credit if you use a webcert or paypal card. They can tell from the first 4 digits who issued the card and withhold credit by that.

I had some trouble with Miracle Burn and Gourmet Coffee but my friends who uses a regular credit card and he's gotten a 100% green rate on both Gratis and OC site within 2 days of doing the offer.

Hey that's mine probably! lol

I think sites like gratis and oc do this on purpose, as a percentage of people will do another offer rather than go through the hassle of dealing with their slow customer service. Just need to make sure you get confirmation emails for the offers you sign up for, as it's easier to get manual credit with those.

Bingo! No worries though, I have a good rapport with Gratis....wink
Every 15 days, there I am, sending in the manual credit form.
They are good about crediting me the next day however. Now if
they would just give me credit the first time around....(I use a CC)
