Has anyone had any of the battery issues I remember reading about a few months ago? (Basically battery dying quickly/not holding a charge )
I was under the impression Apple's newest generation of iPods didn't have that issue but I'm not sure which kind FIP is giving out.

the 4g battery is fine, mine is at least i got an HP.
i did a battery check (full charge to discharge) on medium volume, no backlight, no eq settings, shuffling through all my songs.
lasted a good 11 hours before it gave me the low batt message and shut itself off.
btw, the battery meter on ipods are HIGHLY inaccurate. sometimes it will be fully charged and itll say you only have 1/4, then realize 15 minutes later that ur fully charged and show it as then. lol. and when the meter is empty you can usually go on for another hour or two.
