Since more people read FIP discussion i wrote it in here.

Does it matter if my referral already has an account on ebay?

that would be fraud, kind of like more than one freeipod account.

I really hope it does't get abused and removed, this is my way of getting 8 new ebay members and a flatscreen in the process

I never had the eBay offer. What is it exactly? Sign up for an eBay account? Or sign up for en eBay [i8dc4ebc348]credit card[/i8dc4ebc348]?

Sign up for an ebay account and bid on something. you dont have to win. but the good thing about the ebay offer is that its the only offer that doesnt require a credit card.

But doesn't eBay require a credit card now when you sign up? I've had the same account for about four years. But the last time I created an account for a friend, he needed a card to sign up. eBay says it's for "verification", but nothing will be charged.

Not that I'm aware of. If you win an auction then you need a credit card, (for paypal) I've never had to put it in.

It all depends on what email address you use.

Hotmail, yahoo, gmail require you to verify your identity.

ISP based email like aol, or some of the free emails like walla does not require you to have a credit card.
