How else would they do it? If they did it based on IP3 date or your order number, they'd have people from different IP3 dates switching at different times. What if you're an IP3 8/24 and an 8/6 decides to wait 2 weeks later than you to switch to the HP? How would they go about shipping that persons order first? It wouldn't make sense to try to ship that persons order before yours because yours could have been shipped already.
